With 25+ years as a Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief People Officer, and senior in-house lawyer in technology companies, I have led headline transactions and initiatives: Paycor's $489 million IPO, its $4.1 billion sale to Paychex, the human capital dimensions of a successful strategic pivot in a p.e.-backed fintech, and navigating transformational shifts in online travel. I bring experience from multiple industries (HCM, fintech, cybersecurity, online travel, life sciences) and at every stage from venture-backed to private equity-sponsored to public company.
